"Only the best would do" is a phrase often associated with Dick West's taste for the finer things in life. He rode the best horses, owned the best equipment, drove the best trucks and never did anything with less than 150% enthusiasm and gusto.

It is with heavy hearts that we offer the following equipment and livestock for sale. On April 15, 2005 Richard "Dick" West was killed in a horse accident. He died doing what he loved.. hanging out with friends and roping on some of the best horse flesh in the country.... all in his own back yard.

The horses listed here vary in age and range from "green broke" to "ready to haul". Dick didn't own any junk and all of them, with time and teaching, have the potential to be world class competitors and are priced according to their level of training and capabilities.
